I was referred by a friend. He has good bedside manners and is very knowledgeable about the body. he did a thorough exam and x-ray. The treatment was what i needed . i feel better and after he realigned my body can tell a huge difference . He gets a .9.5 and i will be sure to schedule monthly services..

After having gone to the emergency room and a doctor about awful pain in my neck and arm I searched Google and learned about chiropractic service. After a week of pain I called SuperSpine Chiropractic and got an appointment to see Dr. Morgan Wood the next day. After a thorough examination he gave me the same results and did what he does best. The first day I walked out of his office I could tell a big difference that prescription medication did not help. It's been almost three weeks now and I feel so much better.

I come in feeling so much pain and by the end of the visit I am feeling so much better! He’s very professional and his staff is great! He’s an amazing Doctor! He’s very fairly priced! He provided traction stem, adjustment, ultrasound, exam all in one visit! Defiantly worth the price and time! Dr. Wood cares about his patients! I highly recommend him.
